I wrap up the RZR CanBus Mux product development video as I machined the last pcb enclosure this morning. End screen to all the associated playlist included in the project. This was an stm8 canbus power module I designed for my RZR.

I’ll be going over design to product using KICAD, Fusion 360 and discuss what it takes to complete a product design that has embedded microcontroller, high current control, and a complex pcb enclosure. This product was designed to control high current loads in my Polaris RZR 1000 S and to access it’s canbus.

R&D on the RZR Canbus to enable turning on rocklights at low speed and get a reverse light signal.

In this video I rework boards used for reverse polarity testing to be used as test devices on the RS-485 bus.

RZR Mini Multiplexing Part 1. This is a multipart series of design, prototype and build of a small multiplexing system for UTV’s. Initially this will replace lighting and winch relays with solid state control. I’ll be installing this on my 2016 Polaris RZR S 1000.
