Fanuc Not Ready. How to troubleshoot a not ready alarm on a Fanuc CNC Controller for lathes and mills.

Replacing an air line to my automatic tool changer on my CNC Milling Machine.

CNC fail. My used VMC CNC Mill finally had a show stopping issue. Developed an air leak that my air compressor did not like or care to keep up with. Some pneumatics troubleshooting was required. Checked air lines, solenoid and ended up with blow-by air thru the carousel air cylinder

I had a bore size issue on the #1 Tap Adapter Trays and had to setup a job to fix the bore size and chamfer. I made a math error on the first tray. Machining some test 6061 aluminum with flowing coolant. Everybody is a hero in aluminum. It’s taken about a month or so to go from purchase of the VMC to actually making parts in the home shop using my “spare” time.
